Delivery

The cost of shipping is €5 per order on items under €20. Free delivery will apply on all orders over €20 in Ireland .
Products will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
We use a courier service for all our deliveries, this ensures your order is delivered to you in perfect condition.
We deliver orders to any desired address in Ireland.
We deliver from Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and bank holiday.

We will accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase if the product was purchased directly from this website www.hugmie.ie
All products will be inspected on return. We will endeavour to accept all returns, however in the event that a product is returned to us in a damaged or unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
You are responsible for costs incurred to return items to us.
You will be asked to provide your original order number so please have this information available.
Refunds are for product only, as shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued.
