Did you know that we include a warranty on all of our Repairs? For Free? You don’t even need to ask.
We are so confident in the workmanship of our Repair Service, that if you encounter any issues with your repairs: we’ll fix it for free.

WHAT OUR REPAIR WARRANTY COVERS
Our warranty guarantees the quality, workmanship and functionality of your Repairs.
If you encounter any issues after you've had your repairs by us, please always return to your nearest Hugmie store as the first port of call and our techs will take a second look for you.
If you have already done this, reach out to us at help@hugmie.ie so that we can help you. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with the quality or workmanship of your repair, we’ll take a second look and replace it for free.
We are happy to say that we are all humans, and naturally, with that comes a degree of human error. We can and do (sometimes) make mistakes! Please do not suffer in silence if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your repair, simply return to the Hugmie Store and we will re-book your device for a second look.
WHAT OUR REPAIR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
While our Repair Warranty comes free as standard, this covers the work completed and our Repairs Service.
Our Repair Warranty does not cover any of the following;
- Subsequent Third Party Work to any previous repair
- Accidental Damage
- Physical Damage (eg. dropping, scrapes, cracks)
- Water Damage
- Structural Damage (eg, bending or warping of the device)
If bad luck strikes and you damage your phone again, please pop in and we will look after your device for you again.
CHECK IF YOUR PHONE IS UNDER WARRANTY
Drop into the Hugmie Store where your device was repaired and our staff will check for you.
Alternatively, contact us below with your full name and mobile number. We will need your Invoice Number or Order Number so please have it handy.
Under Data Protection, we will not be able to check any warranty digitally if it is not under your name or the repair carried out was not for you personally. This includes children from the age of 16.
If you are unsure, please physically visit the store your repair was carried out in.
