We offer FREE delivery for orders over €29. For orders under €29, the shipping fee is €2.99.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm on weekdays will be shipped out by end of the day. The estimated shipping time is 1-3 working days.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We really hope you are happy with your purchase. But if you are not satisfied with the items, we are happy to make a return if the following are met:

Returned items must be in their original form (unworn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached. Our inspection team will verify if the returned items meet those requirements. Otherwise, we will not issue a refund or return the items to you.

To ensure that we can process your refund quickly, please ensure you follow the instructions closely and provide all of the required information. Once we receive the return package and determine that it's eligible for a refund, a refund will be issued to your original credit card. Once the refund is issued, depending on your bank, usually, you will receive the refund within 5 working days.

We currently are unable to offer a free return service, customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
